All fees for products or services must be paid in full at the time of purchase, unless an installment or subscription plan is specifically offered. If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the schedule disclosed at checkout, and you are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the product or service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
All sales of digital products and online courses are final. Because of the instant-access nature of these items, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Photography services are subject to the terms of the specific contract signed at the time of booking, and cancellation or rescheduling policies are governed by those agreements. Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of fees, including costs and attorney’s fees, if such action occurs.
